Ikedaya

this is inside of "Ikedaya". Ikedaya is famous for "Ikedaya incident". In 1864,Shinsengumi(gouverment killer) attacked revolutionists( Tyousyuuhan)in this inn. At that time, many revolutionists was killed by them.

Holikawa River

this one is takend more than a hundred years ago.

Shinsenen

this place is very close to Nijyo Castle. A few minutes' walk will take you to here from Nijyo castle.

Byodo-in Temple

this temple is located in uji city ( next to kyoto city). this one was used for the design of the 10-yen coin.

Kinkakuji temple

this one is located at northwest in Kyoto city. this place is worth visiting.
